1. Services

Ava’s Virtual Assistance provides services including but not limited to:

CRM setup and automation (Go High Level)
Business systems development
Funnel building and optimization
Virtual assistance services
Consultation services (hourly or package-based)
Subscription-based CRM access (GHL sub-accounts)

All services are delivered based on agreed scope, timelines, and deliverables.

2. Payments & Billing

a. Service Fees

All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified.

b. Subscription Services

GHL sub-account subscriptions are billed monthly:
- $35/month for business owners
- $10/month for eligible freelancers (with valid discount code)
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

c. Consultation Fees

Consultation sessions must be paid in full prior to booking confirmation.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made are non-refundable and non-cancellable once:

The agreement is signed, and/or
Payment has been successfully processed

Due to the nature of digital services, time allocation, and system access, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Respond in a timely manner to requests
Provide necessary access to platforms (if applicable)
Respect agreed timelines and communication boundaries

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

5. Scope of Work

Any services requested outside the agreed scope may:

Require additional fees
Be subject to a new agreement

We reserve the right to decline requests outside the original scope.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

Clients are granted rights to use the delivered systems, assets, and materials

However:

We retain the right to reuse frameworks, templates, and systems for future clients
Proprietary methods, processes, and structures remain the intellectual property of Ava’s Virtual Assistance

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific business results, including but not limited to:

Revenue growth
Lead generation outcomes
Conversion rates

We are not liable for:

Business losses
System misuse
Third-party platform failures (e.g., Go High Level downtime)

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as:

Go High Level
Payment processors
Email and communication tools

We are not responsible for:

Platform outages
Policy changes
Technical issues outside our control

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate services if terms are violated
Refuse service at our discretion

Clients may cancel subscription services at any time; however:

No refunds will be issued for previous payments

10. Communication

By engaging with our services, you agree to receive:

Service-related communications
Appointment reminders
Account updates

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

11. Confidentiality

We respect your business information and will not share confidential data with third parties, except:

When required to deliver services
When required by law

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms
